How It Works

At Clean Plate Meal Prep we don't want ridiculous costs to stand in the way of your health and goals. Meal preps are freshly prepared & hand delivered to your doorstep or workplace! We DO NOT ship our food! This guarantees you receive the freshest meals.

Currently our NJ delivery counties are as follows:

Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean

Orders over $120 will receive FREE delivery within our delivery zone.

Orders under $120 in our delivery zone will be charged a $10 delivery fee. 

Currently our PA delivery counties are as follows:

Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia

If you are located in Pennsylvania the standard delivery rate is $12 with a minimum purchase of $100.

Currently ALL MEAL PREPS are delivered Sundays.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do you deliver?
We currently deliver on Sunday’s between 8 am and 5 pm. On the rare occasion your delivery will be later, you will be contacted promptly by one of our team members!

Can I pick-up the food and not have it delivered?
Absolutely! You can pick-up your freshly prepared meal preps the following Monday at 880 Mantua Pike, Woodbury Heights NJ 08097 between 10 am - 8pm.

What is the window for ordering?
Placing your order by 4:00 pm on Thursday will ensure you get your delivery on Sunday. Orders received AFTER 4:00 pm on Thursday will be delivered the FOLLOWING Sunday. 

Is there a delivery fee?
Orders over $120 located in our delivery zone will receive free delivery. There is a nominal $10 delivery fee for orders under $120. If you are located outside of our delivery zone we are more than happy to deliver for an additional fee that can be determined by emailing us at team@clanplatemealprep.com.  We promise a prompt response!

Do you have gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, or vegan options?

Yes! We fully understand that you may need to follow a special diet and that’s why you’ve got options! You are able to search our meals by ‘diet’ in our drop-down menu.

Is the food fresh or frozen?
Our food is always prepared & delivered fresh. 

How long does the food last once delivered?
We recommend consuming your meal within 5 days. If you do not plan on consuming them within that time frame, we suggest placing it in the freezer for optimal freshness. Up to 30 days.

What is the best way to heat my meals?
For meals kept in the refrigerator we suggest microwaving them for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.  For meals kept in the freezer we suggest thawing them overnight in the fridge.

How do I get started?
